This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit idea-art.com, contact us, or interact with our Instagram account @iaia.studio and our Facebook page.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, contact details and the content of your messages (website forms, email, Instagram direct messages, comments).
• Public information on Instagram that you choose to share with us, such as your username and comments on our posts.
• Basic analytics about how our posts and pages perform (aggregated, not used to identify you).

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and comments and to respond to project enquiries.
• To manage our social media accounts, including drafting replies with the help of internal software tools. Every reply is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is sent.
• To understand which of our content is most useful to our audience.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to responding to you and running our studio’s communications.

Sharing

We use service providers to operate our systems (for example, cloud hosting and messaging infrastructure). They process data only on our instructions. Instagram and Facebook are operated by Meta Platforms, and their own policies apply to your use of those services.

Retention

We keep message history for as long as needed to respond to you and manage the relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — see our data deletion instructions or write to dxb@idea-art.com.
