281-2 | The Twist

The Twist is a 900 m² private residence in Meydan, Dubai, developed at concept stage around a single gesture: a white sculptural stair spiralling through a double-height hall.

Around it, oak screens and display shelving define the living spaces without closing them off, and a dining room clad in veined stone gathers around a long green table. Deep red and forest green accents bring warmth to a calm palette of stone, timber and light.
