RAMY 4×4 | Car Parts Showroom
A warehouse fitted out for off-road.
RAMY 4×4 is a car parts showroom set inside an existing warehouse in Dubai, shown here at concept design. The shell is left open: steel columns, exposed ducts and cable trays stay in view under a dark ceiling, and the new work is set into it as a series of free-standing pieces.
At the centre, a round platform of gravel and broken stone carries a vehicle beneath a ring of track lights. Around it, perforated white display walls hold bumpers, grilles and wheels, and a red floor marked with track lines leads visitors from the counter through the aisles. A mezzanine and a raised office box sit above the display floor, looking down over it.
Display walls and a central platform are set into the empty shell.
A mezzanine floor wraps two sides of the hall.
A raised box holds the management offices.
Branding is applied to the display walls.
In full display mode, every wall carries parts.

RAMY 4x4 is a car parts showroom in Dubai, presented by IAIA at concept design stage. Rather than concealing the existing warehouse, the design accepts it as the setting. The steel structure and services remain visible, and the showroom is assembled within them in distinct layers, each with a clear job: floor graphics, display walls, a mezzanine, offices and the ceiling.
A vehicle on a round platform of gravel and broken stone is the fixed point, lit by a ring of track lights. The red epoxy floor works as wayfinding, its track lines leading from the counter along the aisles. Perforated white steel walls and a wheel rack are built to carry parts in quantity, with branding applied directly to them. A mezzanine wraps two sides of the hall and a raised box holds the management offices, both overlooking the display floor beneath an open ceiling of black steel mesh.
